When you send us a message through this site we collect your name, contact number, email address and whatever you write in the message. We collect this so we can respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, arrange an appointment.

Clinical records held about patients of the practice are separate from this website and are governed by the Health Information Privacy Code.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to reply to you and to provide dental care. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Your rights
