We have one practice, on Lake Esplanade in Queenstown. We don't cover areas - people drive to us, and how far that's worth doing depends entirely on what you need. Here's a straight answer for each town.
Where our patients come from
Queenstown and Frankton are our home patch and most of our patients live there. Arrowtown, Kelvin Heights and Lake Hayes are all a short drive. Further out, people travel in for specific treatment rather than routine care.
- Queenstown - we're in the CBD at 12 Lake Esplanade (see the home page)
- Frankton - about ten minutes away
- Arrowtown, Lake Hayes, Kelvin Heights - a short drive
- Cromwell - about an hour, mostly for sedation, implants and cosmetic work
- Wanaka - about an hour over the Crown Range, same reasons
- Alexandra - a bit over an hour, most often for sedation
When travelling makes sense
For check-ups, cleaning and fillings, use a dentist near you. We're not going to pretend an hour in the car improves a scale and polish.
Travel is worth it for treatment that isn't available locally or that benefits from continuity: IV sedation, dental implants, veneers and smile design, and complex restorative work across several teeth.
Emergencies, wherever you are
If you're in pain, ring your nearest available dentist first - distance matters when something is acutely painful or infected. If you can't get seen, or you're heading into Queenstown anyway, call us on 03 441 8248.
