Frankton is about ten minutes from our practice on Lake Esplanade - closer than a lot of Queenstown suburbs are to their own dentist. We look after plenty of Frankton families.
Worth the few minutes into town
We're in the centre of Queenstown - a short hop from Frankton, Remarkables Park, Quail Rise and Lake Hayes Estate. The drive in is easier than its reputation suggests once you're past the roundabout, outside peak times anyway.
What makes it worth the trip is what's at the other end: Dr Adrian Paul has nearly 25 years' experience and takes the time to get the diagnosis right the first time, treatment is close to painless, and there's free off-street parking right out front - not the usual central-Queenstown experience.
Some perspective on the distance: plenty of our patients drive up from Southland, a few hours each way, so a few minutes in from Frankton isn't exactly a big ask.
If you've come off the mountain or the bike park
Frankton sits between the airport, the Remarkables road and the bike trails, so we see a steady stream of chipped and knocked-out teeth from that direction. If it happened in an accident, ACC usually covers part of the treatment and we lodge the claim for you.
For a knocked-out adult tooth, don't wait - pick it up by the crown, keep it in milk, and ring us straight away.
The full range, one practice
Check-ups and hygiene through to root canal, implants, whitening and dentures, with sedation available if dental treatment makes you anxious. Children are free up to age 18 under the School Dental Scheme.
